We build and run software for how Southern Africa actually works: landmark addresses, cash and mobile money, several currencies at once, and patchy data. Seven products so far. Once a quarter, we bring the same team, and the AI agents we run on, into one other company.

An agentic company
Kuda is the only human. Nine AI department leads, from engineering to legal, claim work on a shared board and hand it to each other. A person still approves anything public, anything with money and every production deploy.

Nothing ships without a PR
Every change goes branch, pull request, full local CI, sign-off, merge. An empty CI run does not count as a pass, and a hot-patch in production does not count as a waiver.
