Privacy notice

This notice explains what kudapara.com collects about you and why. The site is run by Kudapara Pty Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2021/1861529/07), 21 Aquila Roos Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2191, South Africa (“we”, “us”). Kudapara Pty Ltd also runs Muchiround.

What we collect

  • When you read the site. We do not set any cookies of our own and we do not use analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
  • When you send the contact or consulting form. Your name, email address and message, and, if you fill them in, your company and what you are interested in. We also store the IP address and browser type the form was sent from. We use these to stop spam and abuse, for example to allow no more than 5 messages an hour from one connection.
  • The spam check on the forms. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes your browser and device details for that check.
  • When you book a call. The booking calendar on the Consulting page is loaded from muchiround.com. What you enter there is collected by Muchiround, which we also run, and is covered by the Muchiround Privacy Policy at https://muchiround.com/privacy.
  • When you email us, we keep your email and our reply.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to talk about working together, and to keep the forms free of spam. We rely on your request (you asked us to get in touch) and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the spam check and stores form messages in its database.
  • Telegram. When a form arrives, we send its contents (name, email, interest, company and message) to ourselves as a private Telegram message, so that we can reply quickly.

These providers may store information on servers outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and emails as a record of our conversation with you. Ask us and we will delete yours, unless we need it for a contract we have with you or the law requires us to keep it.

Ads on this site

Ads on this site. This site shows ads from the Muchiround Ad Network, run by Kudapara Pty Ltd (21 Aquila Roos Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2191, South Africa). When an ad loads, your browser contacts Muchiround, which receives your IP address, browser type, which ad space on this site it is, your approximate location from your IP address, and whether the ad was seen or clicked. Muchiround uses this to choose and show the ad, bill the advertiser and prevent fraud. The ads set no cookies and do not track you across websites. Muchiround keeps the full IP address for 90 days. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to [email protected] or [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) or to the data protection authority where you live.

This site is not meant for children. If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
